The excellent customer service provided by the staff made our stay enjoyable, especially their willingness to assist with meal orders.
The bathrooms showed signs of neglect, particularly with rusty fixtures and limited cleanliness, which impacted our comfort.

would love to return
The family room was amazing with a kitchenette, clean linen, and large bed. The room had everything like a tv, a shower, and a private bathroom. We loved the terrace and the location. Staff were helpful, and the sun loungers made relaxing easy. Perfect spot for families!

Enjoyed the spacious two-story family unit with a kitchenette, made meals easy. The slight ocean view of Gold Beach was lovely, and the location was excellent for visiting nearby WW2 sites. Sleeping with the window open allowed for a refreshing breeze, and the pillows were plentiful. Staff were generally friendly and helpful when needed. Unfortunately, there were several maintenance issues that detracted from the experience. The toast was broken at breakfast, and the shower had weak water pressure. Some cleanliness issues, like limited toiletries and the dust on the mezzanine stairs, were disappointing. While the free parking was great, the breakfast was overpriced for the limited choice available.

The upside of this place is that it is right on the beach - and if you are a wwii history buff - you can hike/bike either way to the other beaches of DDay.
When we stayed - the facility had been open three months - and it is a one person operation running a 30+ room facility. Front desk, maid, billing, customer service everything...is one person...so it is not very well staffed. We were expecting a few other "amenities" like dish soap, a sponge to wash dishes, access to a washer/dryer, ok it just seemed not too organized. I also thought we had booked a two bedroom apartment which turned out to be a one bedroom with a fold out sofa in the kitchen/dining area/living room.

The room had cleanliness issues, notably mold in the bathroom and dust in various corners. The air conditioning was ineffective. Limited options meant we missed a courtyard or balcony as those were booked by large school groups, which also led to noise disturbances in the morning.

The highs and the lows
Ideal location for exploring D-day beaches! The spacious family room with a kitchenette, perfect for families.
Cleanliness left much to be desired, especially in the bathroom where I found noticeable mold and dust. The décor seemed quite outdated.

It was in a decent location for the Normandy experience and it was very well priced.
The mattresses on the pull out beds were not the most comfortable and here was absolutely no soap in the room, we had to go and buy some.

The location was ideal because it was within walking distance to the center where there had a grocery store, restaurants, and souvenir shops, and the beach. It was a simple apartment that was great for those who just needed a place to sleep. Liked the loft idea.
There were several things that I didn't like about the hotel. First and foremost was the Hotel staff lady. She was not very friendly and did not remind us when we checked in that this was not a hotel, but instead and apartment and that all dishes must be washed and put up before checking out. She was very rude when we checked out. She told us in front of another couple who was having breakfast that the kitchen was not okay because we left two cups not washed. She reminded up loud and clear that this wa not a Hotel where they clean up after you. I was very disappointed and would have been more than happy to have cleaned the two cups. When I told her that I didn't know we had to clean them, she said it was on Booked.net when we made the reservations. Apparently customers do not come first.

Had an amazing stay! The spacious family room easily accommodated us all, and the breakfast was a highlight, with the staff making it extra special. WiFi was a bummer, though.

Easy to find; good location for D-Day beaches; brand new and modern; excellent value for money; good quality and well equipped kitchenette; welcoming and helpful receptionist. Facile a trouver ; bien localise pour les plages du debarquement ; tout neuf et moderne ; bon rapport qualite-prix ; kitchenette bien equipee et de bonne qualite ; la receptionniste est accueillante et disponible.
Lack of character; the nearest supermarket is 12km away; check in is not possible before 5pm; sofa bed acceptable but could be more comfortable. Manque de caractère; le supermarché le plus proche se situe à 12km; pas possible de prendre possession du logement avant 17h00 ; le canapé-lit est acceptable mais pas le plus confortable.
